we had a wonderful 2-night stay at doubletree by hilton! the warm cookies upon check-in were a delightful surprise. the staff was incredibly friendly, especially with how they interacted with our large group. the little stockings on doors for christmas added a lovely festive touch! also, the attached parking garage was super convenient.

The mini fridge in the King Suite with Living Room was off upon arrival, which resulted in spoiled food. The kitchenette was bizarrely lacking basic utensils and dishes, a common offering elsewhere. Additionally, the TVs were old and only had basic cable, missing modern streaming options. For those with mobility issues, there's no elevator in the parking garage, which is a significant drawback. Reservations were required to access the pool in limited blocks, making it inconvenient for spontaneous use, especially for guests at a birthday party.

Family with children will love it

The room was nice and clean, which is what you want for a family stay. The unexpected comfort of those beds really made a difference after a long day.

I was instantly welcomed with warm chocolate chip cookies upon check-in that were to die for! 🌟 The large indoor pool was perfect for relaxing and letting loose after a long day, especially with the jacuzzi nearby for all my unwind needs. The staff here, especially the lovely Heather, went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a nice stay.
